What's New On DermEngine

DermEngine’s body map will be fine-tuned to allow you to document a spot’s location with greater accuracy to better fit your workflows!

New Body Segments
With the addition of new body segments, you are able to add a greater level of detail to your patient’s file regarding spot location. New areas include:

• Ears
• Nose
• Eyelids
• Lips
• Buttocks
• Fingers
• Toes
• Genitalia
• Shoulder
• Abdomen
  
  

It’s important to note that this update will only affect new spots added to your patient’s body map- previously documented spots will not be affected.

Updated Terms
Along with the addition of entirely new segments, we’re also taking this opportunity to introduce more frequently used medical terms such as anterior, posterior, medial, lateral, palmar, and plantar to better align with the language used within your daily practice and other medical systems.
