We are excited to share that the MetaOptima Team is attending the Australasian Skin Cancer Congress from May 25th to 27th in Queensland, Australia. Additionally, last week AUS/NZ Sales Manager, Darren Antaki-Smith, CTO & Co-Founder, Majid Razmara, and CEO & Co-Founder, Maryam Sadeghi attended the Australasian College of Dermatology's 51st Annual Scientific Meeting from May 19th-22nd to network with key opinion leaders while discussing how intelligent dermatology software solutions can support their unique practice environments.

MetaOptima's Activities at the ASCC & ACDASM
Due to recent expansions within the Australian dermatology & greater healthcare market, team members received a high level of interest from dermatologists at both eventst. Our team took this important opportunity to meet with industry experts and key opinion leaders from all states such as professors, skin cancer & melanoma research foundations, pharmacies, dermatologists, dermoscopy experts, and non-surgical treatment providers who were interested in learning how DermEngine could both support their work while better connecting them with patients through the use of innovative dermoscopy tools. 

These were also excellent opportunities for Maryam, Majid, and Darren to provide an update on the latest changes to DermEngine (including Procedures, Pathology lab integration, Pathology Inbox, Timeline, Notes, Routine Patient Followups and Pathology Requests). Additionally, popular topics included dermatoscopy platform interoperability, the benefits of Cloud-based EMR software, the use of big data for machine learning algorithm training, mobile dermoscopy, artificial intelligence in dermatology, and increasing patient accessibility through teledermoscopy software. Overall, it is clear that dermatologists are keen to experience the latest intelligent dermatology software and tools to remain engaged with patients and receive the best support for their practice
